Have we hit you over the head with brick chicken enough yet? Seriously folks, this is easy and fancy at the same time and out-of-control delicious. So, for your viewing pleasure, Know Your Chicken, the story of brick chicken.
This movie started out as a video testimonial to Thanksgiving. Thanks though, to the crappyness of Maxell DV tapes (a whole hour tape of prepping, cooking and eating Thanksgiving was corrupted) we've instead put this together.
Later this week: a graphic guide to boning a chicken and picking the right knife. Watch out! It's pretty slaughterific.

Everyone should take note of how the A-train's normally sensuous voice raised two octaves to sound suspiciously like the BentoTV lady in the narration of this piece.
Coincidence? Perhaps not. I'm choosing to believe that the Mpeg4 compression ratio just make all women sound like weird little girls.
you might wanna ease up on the extreme letterboxing next time around, the aspect ratio seems a bit wonky.

i love it! almost porno-rific quality of chicken-tastic proportions... love the video and don't care about the quality. They say pictures are worth a 1,000 words. Video must be 10 or 100 worth times that!
Just wait until you see the next one. The boning of the chicken is downright graphic.
If I had only known that A-train could be so godamn officious and sexy I would have hire dher long ago for all of my phone-voice needs. Amazing. Oh, and I will be cooking the chicken myself soon.
